Project Overview
Direct Ergonomics worked with Ventia, Ellivo and Lendlease, to make furniture work across Ventia Sydney Head Office at Victoria Cross Tower.
Spanning approximately 3,500sqm across two levels, the workplace accommodates around 300 workstations and brings together ergonomic work settings, collaborative areas, meeting spaces and customised storage. Each furniture selection was considered for how it would support Ventia’s people throughout the day, from focused work to informal conversations, team meetings and movement between spaces.
The workspace features Workzone Electric workstations, supporting ergonomic movement and flexibility across the office. CMS Electracom soft wiring solutions was integrated throughout workstation and meeting environments, helping keep power and data accessible where teams need it.
Breakout and collaboration areas were furnished with the New Active Visitor Chairs, Swift Modular Lounges, and Dalph Lounge Chairs, creating comfortable settings for connection, conversation and time away from the desk. Purpose-built Workzone Lockers provide customised storage, while Blaze Meeting Tables, anchor meeting rooms with a balance of function, durability and refined design.
For DE, this project reflects what matters most: listening properly, working closely with project teams, and making sure the furniture supports the people using it long after installation.
